Lallemand Voss Kveik will ferment through a wide range of temperatures from 77 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit with the optimal range being between 95 degrees Fahrenheit and 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Full attenuation in very fast fermentations can be achieved within two to three days. The flavor profile is consistent across the entire temperature range. It is neutral with subtle fruity notes of orange and citrus. This yeast settles out very well producing clear beers without filtration
