We also make the assumption that you have the proper equipment to brew all grain beer and understand your equipment in order to make individual adjustments to properly brew this beer. Add kettle coagulant (optional and not included in kit) with 15 minutes left in the boil. Cool wort, aerate, pitch yeast and ferment for 7-10 days or more. Rack to secondary fermenter if greater clarity is desired but this step is not always necessary. Package and enjoy. CHEERS!
