Sorbistat K , or Potassium Sorbate.
Use to help stablilize wine and to prevent refermentation in the bottle. Prevents yeast from spawning daughter cells.
Use: 1/4 tsp per gallon. use in conjunction with Potassium metabisulfite (also referred to as Campden Tablet) prevent the development of geraniol, a geranium-like smell.
